Welcome to E-Tutorial Learning Platform! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and usage of the website, courses, tutorials, quizzes, verifiable certificates, and online developer utilities provided by E-Tutorial ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Educational Use License

  1. Grant of License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, E-Tutorial grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and execute the tutorials, code snippets, documentation, and practice exercises for personal educational or internal organizational training purposes.
  2. Open Access Guarantee: All core tutorial curricula (including HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap 5, Java, jQuery, Vue.js, React.js, Nuxt.js, Next.js, Node.js, Git, Python, Django, and Ruby on Rails) are provided free of charge without paywalls.
  3. Prohibited Reproduction: You may not scrape, mirror, mass-duplicate, republish, or sell our curriculum databases or proprietary assessment questions without prior express written authorization.

2. User Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at support@etutorial.com of any unauthorized account access or security breach.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, automated bot scraping, or malicious disruption of service.

3. Code Execution & Tool Usage Disclaimer

  • The code snippets, starter architectures, configuration samples, and 100+ online developer tools are provided for educational and utility purposes "AS IS".
  • While we strive for 100% production-readiness and benchmarked security standards, you are responsible for testing and validating any code or architectural patterns prior to deployment in mission-critical commercial production environments.

4. Certifications & Assessment Integrity

  • Digital PDF certificates are awarded upon achieving the required passing grade (e.g., 75%+) on official course assessment quizzes.
  • Any attempt to manipulate assessment payloads, exploit automated answer scripts, or bypass quiz validation will result in the immediate revocation of all awarded certificates and possible permanent account suspension.

5. Third-Party Advertising & External Links

  • E-Tutorial displays third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense and verified advertising partners to keep our educational materials free for the global developer community.
  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or goods/services offered by third-party advertisers or external websites linked within tutorial references.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E-Tutorial, its directors, developers, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the platform.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or computational errors transmitted through our service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revisions at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
